The default reflex on the peninsula is the council booked cleanup, and for two tidy loads a year it's good value. It's also booked ahead, capped at three cubic metres, shared per building if you're in units, and it refuses whole categories of what's actually in your garage.
We built a small tool that tells you, item by item, what the kerb pickup takes, what it refuses, and roughly how big your pile really is. It will happily tell you the council is your best option when it is.

We look, then we name the figure
On site, or from your photos for straightforward loads, one all-in figure covers the lifting, the loading, the sweep and the tip fees. It doesn't move once it's agreed.

The crew takes the lot in one visit and sorts the streams on the truck: green loads as green waste, e-waste to a licensed facility. Same-day where we can.

Before you ask
How can the price be fixed if there's no price list?
Because the figure is set per job, not per hour. Every load is different, so we look first (in person, or at your photos), then name one all-in figure: the lifting, the loading, the sweep and the tip fees. You say yes or no before anything moves. The number you agree to is the number you pay.
Can you really take the whole lot in one go?
That's the job we're built for. Truck-and-two for most loads, a bigger crew for the serious backlogs. The exceptions are the hazardous streams: asbestos, chemicals and gas bottles need licensed specialists, and we'll name one for you instead of pretending otherwise.
Do you take renovation debris?
Gladly. Building material is one of the council cleanup's outright refusals, which is why the pile behind the skip-bin quote tends to sit there. Plasterboard, tiles, old kitchens, timber: all standard loads for us.
What happens after I send the enquiry?
The phone goes the other way: we call you. Usually there's a question or two about access and what's sitting in the pile, then the figure and the day get settled. Same-day pickups happen where the run allows; we offer, we don't overpromise.
We're in a unit block. Is that your kind of job?
Yes. The Dee Why to Narrabeen strip is mostly units, and those buildings share two council collections a year between every apartment, so the kerb quota runs out fast. Stairs, lifts and loading docks are all part of the figure we name up front.
