What we do with your details
The short version: you tell us about a pile, we use those details to get back to you about that pile, and that's the whole story. The long version is below, and it's barely longer.
What you hand us, and nothing more
The form on the enquiry page asks for your name and phone number (so the call can be made), and optionally your email, your suburb, the kind of job it is, and a few words about what's in the pile. That's everything. Nothing is collected that you don't type in yourself.
What it's for
One thing: getting your job looked at and quoted. We take your enquiry so it can be answered, and it may go to a local rubbish-removal operator who can do the job so your request actually gets serviced. That's the full list of uses.
Your details are never sold, and they don't feed a marketing list. Sending an enquiry gets you a call about your clearout, not a lifetime of follow-up.
How we handle spam
The form carries one hidden field no person ever sees, which automated bots fill in anyway. Enquiries with that field filled are dropped. That's the entire spam defence: no puzzles, no tick-the-traffic-lights, nothing you have to prove.
What this site doesn't run
- No analytics or tracking scripts.
- No marketing or advertising cookies. You won't see a consent pop-up on this site for the same reason a clear sky needs no forecast warning: nothing's running that needs your permission.
- No newsletter and no mailing list.
Want to know what we hold, or have it removed?
Write in through the enquiry form and say it's a privacy question. We'll tell you what we have from you (usually just the enquiry you sent) and delete it if you ask. Cleared out, like everything else we handle.
